Immunological detection of Helicobacter pylori
Helicobacter pylori immunoassay is used to detect Helicobacter pylori infection by measuring H. pylori antibodies in serum, including supplementary passive hemagglutination assay, immunoblotting technique and enzyme-linked adsorption assay (ELISA).
