Serum CA15-3

Cancer antigen 15-3, also known as carbohydrate antigen 15-3, is a carbohydrate antigen recognized by two monoclonal antibodies, which are derived from milk fatty acids and breast cancer cells, respectively. It is an antigen associated with malignant tumors such as breast cancer. It has good diagnostic significance for breast and ovarian cancer, but it is not sensitive to breast cancer in the early stage. Cancer antigen 15-3 is also an indicator of postoperative follow-up and monitoring of tumor recurrence and metastasis.
