Body mass index

The BMI Index (Body Mass Index, referred to as BMI, also referred to as BMI) is a number obtained by dividing the weight in kilograms by the square in height and meters. A commonly used measure of body fat and thinness and whether it is healthy. It is mainly used for statistical purposes. When we need to compare and analyze the health impact of a person's weight on people of different heights, BMI value is a neutral and reliable indicator.
