C-myc gene

The c-myc gene is not only a translocatable gene, but also a multi-material regulated gene. It is also a gene that allows cells to multiply indefinitely, obtain immortalization functions, and promote cell division. Myc gene participates in cells Withering, the c-myc gene is involved in the development of many tumors. The myc gene is located on the chromosome 8q24, IgH, IgK, Ig & lambda; strands at 14q32, 2P13, and 22q11, respectively. In BL cells, translocations between the C-myc gene locus and the Ig gene locus often occur, that is, C-myc translocates to the highly active transcription region of the Ig site, thereby forming a highly transactive rearrangement gene, initiating C-myc transcription, enhancing C-myc expression, promoting cell malignancy, and finally leading to tumorigenesis.
