The skin's liquid content (blood, lymph fluid), the characteristics of elastic fibers and muscle fibers, and the nervous tissue tension are important factors that determine the elasticity of the skin. The nutrition is good, the body is in good condition, and the skin has a certain elasticity. Clinically, the decrease in skin elasticity is used as one of the indicators for determining dehydration.
