Tumor radioimaging

Radioimmunoimaging (RII) is an anti-tumor antibody or a fragment thereof used as a specific targeting vehicle to cross-link diagnostic radionuclides to locate tumor tissues. Nuclear medicine imaging equipment is used to detect tumor locations in vitro Nuclear medicine diagnostic technology. A radionuclide-labeled specific antibody against tumor antigen is introduced into the body through a certain route, which will bind to the antigen on the surface of tumor cells and increase the radioactive accumulation in tumor tissue.
