Gallbladder jejunum anastomosis

1. Early stage of pancreatic head or periampullary cancer, can not tolerate a complete pancreatic head resection, can be performed in stages. For the first time, a gallbladder jejunum anastomosis was performed. After 2 weeks, the condition improved, and then a second stage pancreatic head resection was performed. 2. Congenital stricture of the common bile duct is accompanied by gallbladder enlargement. 3. Obstruction of the lower end of common bile duct, common bile duct stenosis and thickening caused by calculi or inflammation, the expansion is not significant, but the gallbladder is unobstructed.
