Head movement refers to the movement of a person's head and is used to determine whether the head is damaged. Skull movement refers to doing related head movements according to the doctor's instructions, such as retracting the head, swinging the head to the left and right, to see if the movement is free and whether there is pain. Can be used to determine if the skull is injured
