Pelvic adhesions

Pelvic adhesion separation is generally performed under laparoscopy to remove pelvic adhesions. Precautions for pelvic adhesion separation: At present, IUDs are mostly placed in the pelvis after surgery, and artificial estrogen and progestin therapy are performed at the same time, which can reduce the recurrence rate. Simply placing iud will cause aseptic infection in the pelvic cavity, and the adhesion of the anterior and posterior walls of the pelvic cavity may occur again. Therefore, the artificial cycle of 2-3 months is performed at the same time to further promote the recovery of the pelvic intima. However, this method needs to undergo pelvic endoscopy again after three months, remove the IUD, and perform second intrauterine manipulation to increase the chance of pelvic adhesion infection.
