Epididymal stones

Epididymal stones are also called seminal vesicle stones in medicine, and stones that occur in the seminal vesicles are called seminal vesicle stones. It is extremely rare clinically. Due to chronic inflammation of the seminal vesicles, obstruction of the ejaculatory ducts, retention of seminal vesicle fluids, metabolic disturbances, etc., the inorganic salt crystals are deposited on the exfoliated epithelial cells and inflammatory exudates. Stones are often multiple, usually small, 1-12 mm in size, and the surface is smooth and hard brown. Seminal vesicle stones can occur singly or in combination with few symptoms. Occasionally, blood ejaculation, ejaculation pain, or perineal discomfort. The seminal vesicle stones are rare. The stones are round, hard and smooth.
