The woman complained of severe pain in the lower abdomen, irritability, shortness of breath, difficulty urinating, and increased pulse. Due to excessive contraction of the uterus, the fetal blood supply is blocked, and the fetal heart is changed or inaudible. Examination of the abdomen revealed a noticeable depression in the abdominal wall, a bulge in the lower part of the uterus, marked tenderness, and extreme tension in the round ligament of the uterus, which was clearly palpable and tender. As the fetus embedded in the pelvic entrance exposes the bladder and damages the bladder mucosa, hematuria is seen during catheterization. If this condition is not immediately resolved, the uterus will soon rupture at and below the pathological reduction ring.
