Disintegration of reality

Disintegration of reality—derealization spontaneously reports that the nature of the outside world has changed, and thus appears unreal. For example, when people feel alienated, lacking vitality, seemingly fake, or like a stage, people perform a prescribed role on it. Rather than a change in one's mental activity or physical nature. Patients generally know that this change is not real, otherwise it is a delusion of reality disintegration. See: Disintegration of Personality-Disintegration of Reality Syndrome.
