Serum complement alternative pathway activity
This test blocked the traditional pathway of complement activation, adding rabbit red blood cells to activate factor B, leading to complement activation bypass, rabbit red blood cells suffered damage and hemolysis occurred. The relationship between hemolytic rate and complement alternative activity is similar to CH50.
