Scrotum midline ultra-long flap urethroplasty

Scrotal skin flap for urethroplasty has long been reported, but occasionally distal ischemic necrosis has been reported. In recent years, it has been reported that the use of skin-membrane flaps can avoid this deficiency. Although some cases appear bloated early after surgery, they may not be obvious later. In some cases, the flap is not long enough to extend to the perineum or thigh base, and the extension should be delayed first.
