The cause of rectal vaginal fistula is similar to that of bladder vaginal fistula, which is common in birth injuries, surgical trauma and radiation trauma. According to the distance between the fistula and the anus or vaginal opening, it is divided into low and high fistula. All of them showed that the stool had overflowed from the vagina. In severe cases, the stool could not be controlled.
