Soft foot tissue release
Elderly children who have not yet undergone bone deformation or who have failed non-surgical treatment should perform this operation immediately. Severe plantar flexion, residual plantar flexion after manual correction and Achilles tendon extension, can be corrected after incision of the ankle joint. However, those with deformed bones are not effective.
