Left coronary artery ligation

The left coronary artery ligation is easy to operate, but it is only suitable for cases with abundant collateral circulation and large left-to-right shunts. After the ligation, the left-to-right shunt and coronary circulation stealing disappeared, the myocardial blood supply is improved, and the heart strength is improved. Failure improves and disappears, heart shadow shrinks, normal growth and development, and weight gain. Infant case ligation can have a mortality rate of up to 50% and a significant reduction in surgical mortality in patients over 2 years of age.
