Pancreatic injury
The pancreas is located in the upper abdominal peritoneal organs and is well protected, so it has less chance of injury, accounting for only 2 to 5% of abdominal injury. It has recently increased, with complications of 19 to 55% and a mortality rate of about 20 to 35%. .
