Slow reflection of light

Slow reflection of light: The reflection of light is a test to check the pupil's functional activity. It includes direct reflection of light and indirect reflection of light. Reflect light directly, usually with a flashlight to directly illuminate the pupil and observe its dynamic response. In normal people, when the eyes are stimulated by light, the pupils immediately shrink, and the pupils recover quickly when the light source is removed. Indirect reflection of light means that when the light shines on one eye, the pupil of the other eye immediately shrinks, and the pupil of the light is enlarged to remove it. When inspecting the indirect reflection of light, the light should be blocked with one hand to prevent direct exposure to the inspection eye. The pupil's reflection of light is dull or disappears, seen in comatose patients.
