Shoulder joint instability

The shoulder joint is the joint with the largest range of motion of the human body, but it is also a joint with relatively low stability. Whether it is a developmental cause, or a defect in the bone structure caused by the injury, a labral lesion, excessive relaxation of the joint capsule or ligament, and paralysis of the muscles around the shoulder can cause the shoulder joint instability.
