Difficulty breathing

Dyspnea refers to the subjective feeling of exertion and discomfort of breathing, which objectively manifests in changes in breathing rhythm, frequency, and depth of breathing, and whether it is accompanied by auxiliary respiratory muscles participating in breathing movements. It is forced to take a sitting position because of breathing difficulties. Dyspnea with sound is called asthma or wheezing. If dyspnea occurs when you sleep at night, you will be awoken, you will be relieved after a little activity, and you can fall back to sleep again. The occurrence of dyspnea is not necessarily a pathological condition. Normal people may experience dyspnea after strenuous exercise and return to normal after rest.
