Sleepwalking

Sleepwalking is commonly known as "mystery", which means that you suddenly get up and perform activities during sleep, and then fall asleep. After waking up, you know nothing about the activities during sleep. Nocturnal excursion does not occur in dreams, but occurs during the deep sleep stage of the 3-4th stage of sleep, which is concentrated in the middle of the night. Therefore, nocturnal swimming usually occurs in the first 2-3 hours after falling asleep. Sleepwalking occurs mostly in pediatric age (6-12 years old) and can occur at any time in children, but it is more common in 5-7 years old and lasts for several years. It usually disappears after entering adolescence. In childhood, the rate of occasional sleepwalking is 15%, and the rate of frequent occurrence is 1% to 6%. More men than women. The high incidence of sleepwalking in the same family indicates that there is a certain hereditary nature of sleepwalking. Nocturnal seizures usually occur within half an hour after falling asleep, and no later than 2 hours.
