Thick gel-like substance in urine

Malignant tumors of the seminal vesicles are rare. Because bladder carcinoma in situ, prostate cancer, rectal cancer, and lymphoma are susceptible to invasion and seminal vesicles, it is clinically difficult to distinguish whether the tumor originated from the seminal vesicles. Histologically, the primary seminal vesicle malignant tumors are mostly adenocarcinoma and sarcoma. Clinical symptoms Hematospermia, intermittent hematuria, frequent urination, thick gelatinous substance in urine. Large lumps can cause difficulty urinating and even urinary retention. In the later stage, acute and severe epididymitis occur. Blood in the stool indicates that the tumor has invaded the rectum.
