Sharp styloid pain

Patients with tendinoiditis of the radial styloid process often perform a positive fist and ulnar deviation test (Fin kelstain sign): the thumb is held in the palm of the hand, the fist is pressed, and the wrist joint is flexed to the ulnar side. At this time, severe pain occurs at the radial styloid process.
