Chronic nephritis

Chronic glomerulonephritis refers to a group of causes of diffuse or focal inflammation of bilateral glomeruli with different pathological types caused by various etiologies. Generic term for primary glomerular disease, so strictly speaking it is not an independent disease. However, because renal biopsy has not been widely carried out in clinical practice, the clinical classification of this group of chronic glomerulonephritis syndromes will help to formulate treatment plans and prevent disease progression and renal function deterioration in clinical work.
