Asymmetrical binocular Bell phenomenon
Bilateral Bell phenomenon is one of the symptoms of asymmetric unilateral double-upper muscle paralysis. Monocular and bicondylar paralysis is asymmetrical of the Bell phenomenon in both eyes, and the affected eye is often poor or disappears.
