Overhead tightness

The pressure on the top of the head is tight because the patient is caused by a tense headache, and the head has a feeling of tightness and pressure. Tension headache (TTH) is the most common type of headache, and it is generally considered to have a higher prevalence than migraine, accounting for about half of the outpatient headaches. TTH is a diagnosis developed by the International Headache Society (IHS) in 1998 in the "Classification and Diagnostic Criteria for Headache Diseases, Neuralgia and Facial Pain", and its name is now widely used internationally. TTH includes the contents of muscle contractile headaches and mental headaches in the headache classification by the AdHoc Committee in 1962. In the new classification, TTH is further divided into two subtypes based on the time of headache onset and perianal muscle disorders: ① episodic tension-type (ETTH). ② Chronic tension-type (CTTH).
