Sebaceous adenoma

Sebaceous adenoma is a benign tumor composed of nested sebaceous gland cells. Sebaceous adenomas are mainly composed of nested sebaceous cells, most of which form small cystic cavities. The stroma is rich in fibrous connective tissue. Tissue cells and foreign body giant cells can be seen in some tumors without cholesterol crystals. In some tumors, most ducts are dilated or show obvious eosinophilic metaplasia. At this time, the cystic cavity is often not obvious. Mucus card red staining, ductal epithelium and lumen contents were focally positive, and sebaceous gland cells were negative.
