Cystic fibrosis in children

Cystic fibrosis (CF), also known as mucovisicidosis or mucovisicidosis, is an autosomal recessive disorder of systemic exocrine gland disorders in children and adults. The disease can affect multiple systems, mainly involving the respiratory and digestive tracts. Among them, the highest morbidity and mortality are lung diseases, which can account for about 95%. CF is a chronic insidious progressive disease associated with various comorbidities such as viscous mucus secretion, malabsorption, and infection.
