Heat stroke

Heat stroke is a group of acute illnesses that occur in high-temperature environments. According to its main pathogenesis and clinical manifestations, it is often divided into three types: ① heat radiation disease is a central dysfunction of body temperature regulation caused by high temperature, heat balance imbalance causes heat accumulation in the body, and clinical symptoms include high fever, disturbance of consciousness and no sweat. Because the head is exposed to direct sunlight, it is also called solar radiation. ② Heat cramps, also known as heat stroke cramps, are caused by muscle spasms due to loss of water and salt. ③ Heat failure, also known as heatstroke failure, is mainly due to insufficient peripheral circulation capacity, causing collapse or transient syncope, and the latter is also known as heat syncope.
