Chronic ulcerative non-granulomatous jejunal ileum

Individual patients with oral diarrhea have improved symptoms after being given gluten-free foods, but when they develop chronic ulcerative non-granulomatous jejunal ileitis with gluten-free foods, no more gluten-free foods can relieve the symptoms. The main symptoms are abdominal pain, diarrhea, watery stools, and chronic persistent stubborn diarrhea. Systemic symptoms include fever, weight loss, and significant weight loss. The physical examination showed a cachexia condition, abdominal fullness, hyperactive bowel sounds, bowel type, and mild tenderness in the abdomen.
