Tinea versicolor

Usually without symptoms, but it may feel itching when working, sun exposure or sweating. There are more males and they occur in winter and summer. The rash occurs in areas with sebaceous glands, such as the trunk, neck, upper arms, abdomen, and face. It can also affect the hips, armpits, and groin. The skin lesions are millet, soy beans and broad round or round-like macules with broad reflectivity, and the surface is covered with extremely thin bran-like scales. In most patients, the skin lesions are diffuse and symmetrical, and the macula is flat or raised with the skin, and the state is clear.
