Zongzi, also known as "hot rash" and "red miliaria", is caused by excessive sweating and poor sweat evaporation in high temperature and sweltering environments, resulting in blockage of sweat ducts, rupture of sweat ducts, and leakage of sweat into surrounding tissue. Mainly manifested as small pimples, small blisters. Occurs in summer, more common in children with poor sweat regulation and long-term bedridden patients. Excessive scratching due to itching can cause secondary infections, folliculitis, scabies, or abscesses.
