Albinism

Albinism is a more common disease caused by the lack of melanin in the skin and its accessory organs. Due to a congenital lack of tyrosinase, or a decline in tyrosinase function, hereditary white spot disease caused by disorders in melanin synthesis . These patients usually have skin, hair, and eyes that lack melanin, so they appear as five pigments in the retina of the eye, pale pink irises and pupils, and are afraid of light, always squinting when looking at things. The skin, eyebrows, hair, and other body hair are all white or yellowish white. Such patients are commonly referred to as "sheep whiteheads". Albinism is a hereditary disease of the family, which is an autosomal recessive inheritance. It often occurs in people who are married to close relatives.
