Pneumococcosis

Coccidioidomycosis is a fungal disease of the lung or other organs caused by Coccidioides. The lung is the portal for coccidioides and the most commonly affected organ. Clinical is divided into primary and progressive. Primary is an acute, self-limiting respiratory infection; progressive manifestations are chronic, often fatal systemic infections.
