Sezeri syndrome

First reported by Sézary and Bouvarin in 1938. Sézary syndrome is a leukemia and erythrodermic low-grade malignant T-cell lymphoma. It is characterized by systemic erythroderma, superficial lymphadenopathy, and the presence of atypical cells in peripheral blood. Although patients with typical MF can progress to Sezeri syndrome, patients with Sézary syndrome usually show erythroderma from the beginning.
