Thromboela-stogram (TEG) is an indicator that reflects the dynamic changes of blood coagulation (including the rate of formation of fibrin, the state of dissolution and the solidity of the coagulation, and the elasticity). Therefore, the factors that affect the thromboelastogram are: The state of aggregation, the rigidity of red blood cells, the speed of blood clotting, the level of fibrinolytic system activity, etc. The main indicators of thromboelastography are: ①Reaction time (& gamma;) indicates that no fibrin has formed in the test sample; ②Clotting time (& kappa;) indicates that fibrin has begun to form in the test sample, which has a certain solidity; The widest distance (ma) of the curves on both sides of the graph represents the maximum amplitude of thrombus formation; ④ The elastic diagram of thrombus (& epsilon;) represents the elasticity of the thrombus. ⑤ The maximum solidification time (m) indicates the time from the solidification time to the maximum amplitude. At present, the thromboelastography is used to detect the thromboelastography.
