Anti-scleroderma-70 antibody
Anti-scleroderma-70 antibody is a degradation product of DNA topoisomerase I (relative molecular weight 100 000). Anti-Scl-70 antigen is a basic nuclear protein in the nucleus of the cell. A type of nuclear antibody, anti-Scl-70 antibody has now been confirmed as a marker antibody for systemic scleroderma.
