Abdominal percussion

Abdominal percussion is an auxiliary examination method used to check whether the abdomen is normal. The purpose of abdominal percussion is to examine three aspects: the expansion and contraction of the normal dullness and drum sounds in the abdomen; the location and size of abnormal dullness or drum sounds and their changes with body position; the status and size of organs or masses determine. In addition, the results of inspections and clinic visits can be verified and supplemented.
