End-to-side suture

1. The difference in the outer diameter of the two blood vessels is too large, exceeding 1/2 of the outer diameter, and those who cut into oblique openings still cannot be sutured end to end. 2. The receiving blood vessel is the only blood supply artery in the receiving area, which will cause limb ischemia or necrosis after cutting off.
