Toothache

Patients with maxillary sinusitis often have upper tooth pain due to the effects of maxillary sinusitis. Dentogenic maxillary sinusitis is chronic maxillary sinusitis caused by diseased teeth. It is called odontogenic maxillary sinusitis. The etiology is relatively simple. Not all teeth will cause the disease. One tooth is the first premolar, the second premolar, and the first molar in the upper dentition, that is, the fourth, fifth, and sixth teeth from the front teeth. Usually, tooth inflammation first, such as apical periodontitis, periodontitis, alveolar abscess and other ascending infections of the maxillary sinus floor, further expands to maxillary sinusitis.
