Physical examination of infertile men

Physical examination of infertile men includes physical examination and reproductive organ examination. The whole body examination includes measuring height, weight, finger distance and blood pressure. Check your heart, liver, lungs and other organs for serious chronic diseases. Observe secondary sexual characteristics, including body shape, hair distribution (underarms, body, face, perineum) and pubertal development, whether feminization of male breasts, and whether there is abnormal smell. If there are no beards, no larynx knots, sparse pubic hair and axillary hair, high-pitched sounds, etc., male secondary sexual characteristics should be considered to be immature, with seminiferous tubuloplasty (ie, Klinefelter syndrome).
