Pulse

Rhythm examination is an auxiliary examination method used to check whether the pulse is normal. The rhythm of a normal pulse is regular. However, respiratory sinus arrhythmia may occur in normal children, young people, and some adults, which manifests as a faster pulse during inspiration and a slower response during expiration. Various arrhythmias, such as when the heart rhythm appears too fast, too slow, or irregular, can be reflected in the pulse. For example, when the pre-contraction is a double or triple law, there may be a regular irregular pulse. Pulse leakage may occur during incomplete atrioventricular block, and missed beats may occur at the same time as auscultation of the heart. This can be distinguished from a short pulse. Through this examination, you can determine the lesion site and the corresponding symptoms.
