Test tube agglutination test

Mostly used for semi-quantitative and quantitative experiments. Usually a certain amount of known antigen (bacteria, cells, etc.) is mixed with a series of diluted patient sera, and the results are observed after incubation to determine whether the test sera have corresponding antibodies and their titers.
