Hip fusion

The wrist joint includes three rows of joints, that is, the joints between the radial and proximal wrists, between the proximal and distal wrists, and between the distal wrists and the base of the metacarpal bone. Clinically common wrist joint tuberculosis involves all joints, and all 3 rows of joints should also be included during fusion. However, such as comminuted fracture of the lower end of the radius, traumatic arthritis caused by scaphoid fracture, etc., when the lesion only affects the proximal 1-2 joints, only limited fusion of the joints is required. This keeps part of the movement of the wrist joint. During the operation, joints that do not need fusion should be careful to avoid injury.
