Ascending aorta coronary saphenous vein bypass graft

1. Patients with severe angina pectoris who have lost their ability to work and have failed treatment by the medical system. 2. Coronary angiography, coronary artery stenosis of more than 50% or branch lumen stenosis more than 75% in diameter, stenosis of the distal artery is unobstructed, and its diameter is more than 1.5mm. 3. After myocardial infarction, coronary angiography showed obvious narrowing of the main coronary artery. 4. Angina pectoris complicated by left ventricular wall tumor, or with ventricular septal defect or valve damage.
