Muscle pain
Tension pain is a clinical manifestation of neurasthenia. Neurasthenia is a neurosis that is predominantly debilitating brain and physical function. It is characterized by mental excitement but fatigue, often accompanied by emotional symptoms such as tension, annoyance, irritability, and physiological symptoms such as muscle tension pain and sleep disturbance.
