Concave cheeks and temporal recesses

Patients with progressive lipodystrophy face have concave cheeks and temporal regions on both sides, skin is loose, and normal elasticity is lost. The fat around the cheeks and orbits disappears, which makes the patient have a special face. In some patients, obvious subcutaneous tissue hyperplasia and hypertrophy may occur on the hips and hips, but the hands and feet are not affected.
