Tumbling or stirring in the stomach
Stomach tumbling or agitating sensations are mostly self-reported by patients with somatic autonomic disorders in neurosis. Somatic autonomic disorder is a neurosis-like syndrome caused by physical disorders in organ systems (such as cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and respiratory systems) that are mainly dominated by autonomic nerves.
