Disaster response
Catastrophic Reaction is a rare outbreak of sick emotion. A "catastrophic response" is an inappropriate response, and it is itself in a state of abnormal and erratic physical and mental shock. They seem to be a desperate response from the body when it is unable to cope. And the after-effect of this reaction can exist for a long time.
